Hello there!
Hi, I'm Hazmat! I made this page because I wanted somewhere to host my latest zine, and my Tumblr wasn't going to cut it.

I guess my latest project is going to be learning HTML, something I've only previously dabbled in for Ao3.

So who am I? I'm a late 20-something Aussie who studied architecture (Bauhaus folks represent), makes music, collects teacups, watches far too many Thai QLs, reads too many books, goes gigging every week, collages on my kitchen table, info dumps about birds and urban planning to anyone who will listen, and is generally the exact type of person to make a neocities site. Enjoy me trying to structure the madness.

18/06/2026 I've just recently started using a slow social media app that lets you send letters via bird, and it's lovely so see these birds that will be arriving in 2 weeks flying across the world. I also have had a lot of thoughts recently about maps, the topic of my latest collage. Maps and graffiti - a way we draw /on/ the world, the biases that come into play, who decides what is represented and is not... delicious and opaque!

1/06/2026 About once a year I read the entirety of one of Rainbow Rowell's novels in the bath, and it's always the best evening. First Saturday since September '25 that I had nothing on! Someone reminds me to bring my setlists into work tomorrow to scan them all.

25/05/2026 Rest? I don't know her. I had back to back engagements every day this week, all on low iron apparently, since my blood tech at the donation centre almost rejected me because of low haemoglobin. But I did have fun at some wedding door games, board games, setting up shelving in my garage, being utterly distraught at a TV show's ending... This week isn't looking much better, since I'm travelling interstate for 2 days and having people over tonight. Anyway...

18/05/2026 Drove 4 hours and back this weekend to watch a choir, hang out with my bestie, and ran into an old friend! It's scary when people have babies all of a sudden... Also managed to give out my gigging zine to like 3 people because they all mentioned never knowing when local music was on.

14/05/2026 Saw one of my friends play live yesterday after a decade of watching her grow her music, and it was so wonderful. Going from playing in the corner of the room to a whole band travelling states with her, ah my heart grew. So proud.

11/05/2026 New housemate moved in this weekend - hopefully someone else I can drag to gigs! Also a reason to start learning more Korean. Also cooked pasta for 80 people. Maybe I should start sharing my recipes...

7/05/2026 I signed up to donate Stem Cells today! And convinced my blood tech to watch Not Me after she requested a TV reccomendation. I will continue to spread the gospel of Thai Ql.
